Carrot Transformation with Agrobacterium: University of Leicester practical class BS1003

I've been starting to make some VideoBlogs - and Dan-O 's songs are brilliant for the intro, breaks, and out-tro. Of those I listened to, it was a close-run between the very news-studio feel of danosongs.com-undiscovered-oceans.mp3 but eventually I settled on the danosongs.com-thewire.mp3. If I do something with urgency, I will definitely go to Undiscovered Oceans, but meanwhile I think The Wire fits the pace better. What do people think works best? Should I always use the same piece of music? Should I have more music underlying the commentary, or pictures without commentary? Bear in mind that a near-majority of viewers of this sort of material are not native English speakers - click on the 'Show video statistics' in YouTube to see - so too much noise background does make it harder to understand the talking. And meanwhile, I've bought a Blue Yeti USB condenser microphone so hopefully that will improve the quality of voice next time around. Here is the first video with DanoSongs: (next two posts have two more): Videoblog about a laboratory practical I teach students:
